Recommended Preventative Maintenance
Preventative maintenance will ensure your system remains running smoothly as its first installation.
City Park recommends performing preventative maintenance on regular intervals that are based on the performance (vehicle throughput) of the system (generally two to four times per year). During each preventative maintenance visit, City Park engineer will perform the following activities
Inspection of the automated parking system
Testing of major components
Lubrication of system and its important parts
Review of operational features & Safety
Identification and Replacement of damaged or worn parts
CITY PARK is responsible for the following:
1. Maintenance of your system, including corrective and preventative maintenance
2. Software support and upgrades
3. Spare parts replenishment
No need to worry about maintenance with this agreement. CITY PARK is responsible for all of the maintenance and service on your system.
This is an annual agreement for planned preventative maintenance,
1. labor and travel costs only.
2. Replacement parts are not included.
3. 24/7 support may or may not be included in this agreement.
4. This option is customized based on the individual users needs.
With this option, you would be responsible for payment of all support services and spare parts at time of service.
